1. Sales Manager Baltics
To support our expansion in the Baltic region, we are actively seeking a Sales Manager to oversee our operations in the Baltic countries. This role will specifically focus on serving military end customers and collaborating with defense companies requiring our specialized products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Spearhead lead generation efforts within the Baltic market to identify and cultivate potential clients and opportunities.
- Networking: Establish and nurture a robust and professional business network in the Baltic region, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Engagement: Actively participate in relevant trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to represent our brand and explore new avenues for growth.

The Sales Manager for the Baltic region will play a pivotal role in our team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales. This position is integrated into our Estonian team and is based in Tallinn, Estonia.
2. Project Manager Baltic Projects
To support our expanding portfolio of projects in the Baltic market, we are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Assume responsibility for the effective management and leadership of projects within the Baltic region, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
- Client Relationship Development: Cultivate and nurture robust customer relationships within the Baltic market, driving client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

3. Mechanical Engineer
To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a mechanical engineer to support the design and construction of complex mobile shelters with integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of 3D CAD models of containerized systems and integration design.
- Preparation of material and component specification for production.
- Participation in outsourcing processes.
- Monitoring the production process.
- Prepare project final documentation.
- Fulfill production module in the ERP system.
Your responsibility includes the correct handling of projects and timely execution when handling orders, as well as cooperation between different units of the company (Norway, Sweden) and technical advice.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Higher education in mechanical engineering.
- Previous experience in mechanical engineering.
- Experience in using design software (preferably Autodesk Inventor and Vault systems).
- Able to create and offer optimal technological and technical solutions according to the client’s initial tasks.
- Experience in using ERP systems.
The Mechanical Engineer will report to the Director of Engineering and Production as an integrated member of the Estonian team with workplace Tallinn, Estonia.
4. Electrical Engineer
To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for an electrical engineer to support the design and implementation of complex electrical solutions in mobile systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of electrical projects and schemes.
- Preparation of material and component specifications.
- Prepare electrical project and documentation for installation.
- Monitor and managing the implementation of electrical projects.
- Assist in quality assurance process for electrical installation.
- Ensure compliance with specific national standards.
- Prepare the final project documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Higher education in electrical engineering.
- Previous experience in electrical engineering.
- Experience in using design software (preferably AutoCAD Electric or Eplan).
- Able to create and offer optimal technological and technical solutions according to the client’s initial tasks.
- Automation engineering experience is an advantage.
- EU Machinery Directive competence is an advantage.
The Electrical Engineer will report to the Director of Engineering and Production as an integrated member of the Estonian team with workplace preferably in Tallinn, Estonia. Workplace Oslo area Norway or Gothenburg area Sweden can be considered.
5. Integrated Logistic Support Expert
To support the increasing demand in our projects and products for ILS analysis and implementation, we are looking for an experienced person to ensure reliable systems and an optimized cost structure in our delivery projects and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Life Cycle Management (LCM) for our products and projects, including;
- Reliability Maintainability Testability (RM&T)
- Logistics Support Analysis (LSA)
- Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA)
- Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
- Codification & Data
- Failure Reporting and Corrective Actions System (FRACAS)
- Documentation and training for our products and projects
- Information Needs Analysis
- Structure and organization of the of the documentation system.
- Publication requirements
- User and maintenance documentation
- Training need analysis
- System safety, hazard identification and risk assessment iaw ISO 12100
Qualifications and Skills:
- Batchelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven track record of working with Integrated Logistics Support in defence industry.
- Deep understanding of product life cycles.
The ILS/Documentation Expert will report to the Director of Engineering and Production as an integrated member of the Estonian team with workplace Tallinn, Estonia. Workplace Oslo area Norway or Gothenburg area Sweden can be considered.
6. Production planner
With an increased portfolio of programs and production in parallel, we are looking for a key person to plan and coordinate our day-to-day production and deliveries together with the project managers, the purchaser, the warehouse manager, the production Forman and the Director of Engineering and Production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the production with regards to project plans and delivery schedule.
- Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Day to day work in close collaboration with the Project Manager, Quality Control and the integrated team in our Factory in Tallinn, Estonia.
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
Background and competences:
- Proven experience as production planner.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Experience in using ERP systems.
- Experience in manufacturing and resource planning.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of finance and business processes.
