The lightweight shelter is built on a lightweight hooklift frame according to the Swedish SS3021 standard, using high-strength steel combined with insulated sandwich panels and aluminium sheets for enhanced durability and thermal protection. A hydraulic ramp at the rear enables efficient loading and unloading. The shelter integrates a flexible electrical system for field operations, supported by a 24 VDC battery for autonomous deployment and reliable startup. Multiple configurations are available, tailored for rescue services, CBRN incident response, urban search and rescue, and specialized police bomb squads.

Features

The shelter is built with CSC-certified, CE-marked materials and a reinforced ISO frame. It features sandwich panels with EPS insulation, heavy-duty gaskets, insulated steel doors, technical rooms, anti-slip flooring, power inlets, and slim LED lighting. Designed for extreme environments, it ensures durability, protection, and efficient operation in critical missions.

Standard ISO cargo container floor frame with forklift pockets.

Sandwich panels with 0.9 mm stainless steel sheets on both sides with 50mm EPS foam in the middle.

70-80mm of foam insulation in floor and roof.

Hinge system with extruded aluminium profiles on top rail and end frames.

Heavy duty rubber gaskets.

Gas spring and winch assisted ceiling and floor panel deployment for safe 2-person 20 minutes setup.

Standard insulated steel entrance door (950mm x 2000mm).

Technical room with external insulated (50mm) steel door (single or double) for easy access.

Standard anti slip PVC floor covering.
