Your Mission:

• Map the group-level process landscape.
• Audit, merge, and streamline existing quality benchmarks and protocols.
• Ensure adherence to global safety and legal standards

You will collaborate closely with Nordic Shelter’s dynamic management and site leaders in our three legal entities.

Ready to champion quality as our ISO Quality Management Specialist? Embark on an 8-12 month journey of transformation and excellence. To be successful in this role you MUST have recent ISO 9001 and 14001 experience, qualified and experienced as an ISO auditor is of benefit, but not essential.

Other requirements

• Your passport is from a NATO-country
• You can get a sequrity clearance
• Fluent in English

The position is interim/temporary, but might turn into a permanent employment in the future.

The right person is probably located close to Oslo, Gothenburg or Tallinn.
